exhibitors (Please Read):

All booths must be fully set-up by 9:30am
on April 5.
No exceptions!

Booths must stay up until after 4pm on
April 5.
Again, no exceptions!

There are no refunds on booth
rental fees (exceptional circumstances may be considered).

We are relying on your commitment to make
this event a success. Please do not
confirm if you are unsure of your attendance!

Please bring your own chairs and equipment
for your booth. Only table will be
provided.
·
2 exhibitor tickets are included per
booth. Each additional exhibitor ticket can be ordered above at a price of $5
each.

Confirmation of payment will be sent to
exhibitors via email.
·
Receipts will be available at the info
booth on the day of the event.
