The BalanceWorks BodyTalk Studio is now open in beautiful Cowichan Bay

BalanceWorks BodyTalk is now open in Cowichan Bay. This is a wonderful space for a rejuvenating, informative and often transformative BodyTalk Session with Alexa Linton.

Each session is approximately 1 hour in length, working gently with each clients unique health priorities using the BodyTalk Energy Medicine System to increase the body's ability to heal and enhancing the sense of wellbeing. Health priorities may include structural or internal imbalances, pain or disease, anxiety, emotional imbalance, fatigue or blocks to personal/spiritual development. BodyTalk is very gentle and can have profound benefits for infants, children and adults (and animals).

Many clients feel substanstial improvements from just one session, including reduced pain and discomfort, enhanced functioning and clarity and an increased sense of relaxation and vitality.

About BalanceWorks

BalanceWorks Equine Services Inc. was founded in 2003 by Alexa Linton. To incorporate her healing work with people and small animals, BalanceWorks Wellness was established in 2008.

BalanceWorks is based in Cowichan Bay, BC and are dedicated to bringing health and balance to people and animals. Alexa works to enhance the knowledge of the body-mind/ animal-human connection in the community though private and group sessions, workshops, and community presentations.

Alexa Linton

Alexa Linton is the owner and founder of BalanceWorks. She is a Certified Equine Sport Therapist, Kinesiologist (BSc), Reiki Practitioner and most recently a Certified BodyTalk/AnimalTalk Practitioner.

Alexa's repertoire of modalities and skills that promote balance and well-being is constantly expanding, thanks to her passion for learning and her ever open mind. In fact, she has not stopped her education since she began it at age 5, although it has changed course quite dramatically over the years.

Her experience includes 2 years of rider-specific personal training, a one-year internship with Chiron's Way Equine Guided Development, an animal communication course, an intensive course and extensive practical use of vibrational remedies, all of the advanced modules of the BodyTalk Energy Medicine System and many successful workshops, on her own and in collaboration with other professionals.

Alexa is also a regular contributer to several Vancouver Island-based magazines with a focus on writing a book about her adventures with her mare Diva in the not so distant future. Among these adventures is Alexa and Diva's travels to the 320 acre Gateway 2 Ranch during the summer of 2010. Read all about it on her blog.

Based in Cowichan Bay, BC, Alexa travels to visit horses and small animals in their homes/stables monthly to Parksville, twice per month to Victoria and daily from Monday to Thursday within the Cowichan Valley. She is also available by appointment for BodyTalk and AnimalTalk sessions at the BalanceWorks Wellness Studio in Cowichan Bay.

If you are not located within the area that BalanceWorks travels consider a distance session for you or your pet. Using the BodyTalk Energy Medicine System, this session takes place over the phone, and incredibly, is just as effective as working with you or your animal(s) in person.
