Services Inc. was founded in 2002, by Alexa
Linton, Equine Sport Therapist and Kinesiologist. This
company is based in Victoria , BC and is dedicated to
bringing true balance to people and animals.

She is a Certified Equine Sport
Therapist and Kinesiologist (Bsc). Her experience
includes 4 years of personal training, 10 years of
riding, and a background in the healing arts, including
Reiki, Nutrition and Applied Kinesiology.
Alexa feels incredibly blessed to have
the opportunity to live on Vancouver Island and work
with her passion, helping animals and people to find
true balance.
Her mare Diva , has
been an unrivaled inspiration in her life, and one of
her most valued teachers.
Alexa's repertoire is constantly
expanding, thanks to her passion for learning and her
ever open mind.
Alexa's business, BalanceWorks
Equine Services Inc. , works to bring this
knowledge to the community though private sessions,
workshops, and on-going classes.
In 2006 Alexa and friend Laurie Joslin put ideas in motion in the form of the first Healthy Horse Expo, held in Victoria, BC, celebrating complementary health for horses.
Her work has been published in several
magazines, including Vancouver Island Pets Magazine, Island Horse Magazine and Northwest Horse Source.
