A typical Balancing session...
The 1-hour session begins with a thorough assessment of the client's physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
The physical assessment takes into consideration structural balance, system function, and internal organ function.
Applied Kinesiology is used to locate and correct imbalances in these areas using a variety of healing tools..
Tools used may include massage, gentle structural alignment, energy work, accupressure, diet change, and in horses, we help to improve the fit of the saddle.

In many sessions with animals and people, emotional and spiritual imbalances |
| are uncovered. Emotional traumas, behavioural issues, and patterning are identified and changed through visualization, communication, and vibrational medicine. |
Often, even individuals presenting the exact same symptoms “ask” for very different treatment methods to work with these imbalances.
To complete each session,
Reiki , a type of energy work, is used to clear all negative energy and bring in further healing.
“I set my intention in each session and in each day, to move past all limitations and open up to the possibilities in this life.”

Why Kinesiology?
 |
Applied Kinesiology is truly an amazing tool, accessing the cellular memory of each individual to find and resolve imbalances It works with the |
| body's electromagnetic field to locate imbalances in the physical, emotional, and spiritual systems. |
Applied Kinesiology can work with any healing tool, including chiropractics, massage, energy work, flower essences and aromatherapy to produce a blissful state of balance.
It also provides a way to communicate with the emotional and spiritual aspects of the self, which are integrally connected with the physical body.
This incredibly effective communication tool fosters trust and a sense of lightness, balance and wellbeing in both animals and people.
Human Kinetics is another type of Kinesiology, focusing on biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, sport-specific training and rehabilitation. Kinesiologist, Alexa Linton specializes in sport-specific training for riders, increasing core stability, flexibility and coordination, with BodyWorks.
