Doing the routine daily brings about significant improvement in health by stimulating the body's own ability to heal. These five energy-based techniques can be learned in one day and implemented in 10 minutes.
Susan Stenson, is a certified BodyTalk practitioner with a Masters Degree in Education: her job is to make learning BodyTalk fun. No previous BodyTalk experience required.

Finding a Feel with Stefanie Travers and Alexa Linton
In June 2009 I had the pleasure of spending a week with natural horsewomen Stefanie Travers of Lodestar Horsemanship at her home in Merrit, BC. I have always been struck by her natural way with horses and wanted to re-aquaint myself with her current work. To say I was pleasantly suprised with her style would be an understatement. There was a palpable calm in all of her horses and clients when they were with her. I was particularly struck by her ability to read each horse as an individual and with very little effort gain their respect and trust. What she had found was the elusive "feel". It was at this point that I started brewing up plans for a collaborative workshop.
It is relatively easy to gain knowledge of technique and a reperotoire of skills to use with your horse. "Feel" however is impossible to attain through study, no matter how many videos you watch or books you read. Even in practice, it is so often the missing ingredient in our relationship with our horses. And yet, it is the crucial piece to being able to understand and intuit what our horse is needing from us as their partner in any given moment.
In the world of horses, so many of us rely on the teachings of others to show us the way. Wouldn't it be great if you just knew what would work best for you and your horse? Working together, Stefanie and I will be taking you into your sense of "feel" and developing this sense throughout the weekend. This intuitive quality is present in each one of us and is often just waiting to be brought to the surface and acknowledged. This workshop is a must for any horse person wanting to change their current horse relationship into a powerful partnership based on communication and understanding.
